    Yeah, but I mean, purposely not putting PERIODS, or commas, or proper capitalization IN-CHARACTER is unacceptable.

    I honestly see no problem with Florans not using capitalization or punctuation in their speech. Gives a better representation of their primitive nature, IMO.

    Yes I realize I actually use grammar with my Floran characters, but that's just how I do things. I actually have no problem if other people don't use grammar with their Florans.

    I've gotta agree, it does bother me when people don't use correct punctuation or capitalization. A lack of proper capitalization doesn't appear to me as a sign of a character's primitive ways, it just appears as laziness on the player's part. If you were to actually listen to a Floran speak, not just read what they say, I highly doubt you would think "They're speaking in all lower case". The same can be said for punctuation, if you're typing with no commas, periods, ellipses, etc. then you're basically saying this character never takes a break to breathe or gather their thoughts.

    OOCly, you never see a dumb character not use grammar in a book. It just makes the author look illiterate, and further proves to others the stereotype that Florans are bad RPers.

    This is important to consider without periods the sentences have no bounds no bounds it's actually pretty silly how far you can go without periods you know and damn as I type this I'm having trouble resisting the urge to use proper punctuation literally try it sometime it's pretty painful so painful

    This bugs me less than burst typers. They message 1 sentence for every time they press enter. I see the whole "it's like I'm speaking" thing, but using it group settings is a bit of an overload on chats.
