There appears to be an old-timey and relatively crude settlement far out east of the city part of New Chicago. It's fairly out there, past two Floran-looking caves/hideouts sitting in the middle of nowhere. The settlement itself doesn't seem very big, and is still in the process of expanding. The man "running" the settlement is named Lukas, and he claims to be an eccentric entrepreneur. It may be an interesting place to visit/check out if you're on the planet.
