Hello, Starnet. This is Badstar, head of security operations and CEO of SSS, and colonial security agent for New Chicago. As of last night, we received testimony from a captured felon linking the humans known as "Cass" and "Blaze" unequivocally to the Outcasts, and the Outcasts themselves to the countless crimes they have committed since the group's inception. Currently they stand accused of crimes including, but not limited to: Attempted Murder Successful Murder Kidnapping Torture Terrorism Theft As such, SSS is currently looking for any additional information on the Outcasts. Names of as-of-yet unknown members of the group along with possible places of interest and any information on the following suspects: "Cass" - The apparent ringleader of the Outcasts. She stands somewhere around five feet tall, appears to be an adolescent human in an unhealthy state. Skinny, pale, most likely malnourished. She is missing one eye, and the remaining eye is blue in color. As for choice of clothing, she is mostly seen sporting conservative winter gear, and has recently taken to wearing a hood with her ensemble as well. She was last seen with light blonde hair, but she changes her hairstyle often. "Blaze" - Cass' assistant/right-hand woman, it seems. She is a fair bit taller than Cass, standing at about six feet and appearing to be in her early Human twenties. She is usually wearing casual human clothing such as a T-shirt or 'fashionably damaged' blue pants. Her hair is a shade of black-brownish, sometimes with gaudy-looking blue dye as well. Those are the two right now. There is a third traveling with them, but there's not enough info on them as of yet. This post will be updated when sufficient information is gathered on the third suspect. Those who supply SSS with any useful information regarding the identities of the Outcasts, possible locations, or other useful details will be handsomely compensated. -BadSSS
We have currently obtained a description of the third known suspect, Samuel Rhodes. Male human standing at around six feet with spiked brown hair and light brown eyes. Those looking to identify him should pay particular attention to his legs, as he is outfitted with a pair of prosthetics. His current choice of clothing is unknown but he is also currently healing a wound in his torso incurred from a .44 magnum round, which is also likely to produce irregular movement. Rhodes is a former member of the ICIA security force and is to be approached with at least moderate caution.
