For the enjoyment of the masses, best race? This is the 1 thousandth thread about this, But I truly want to know. Feel free to post your opinion and vote on the poll, just no flame wars. Enough two cents can make a dollar.
Every race has it's strength and weaknesses meant to even them out with each other. In an analytical sense, no race is greater than the other. In a literal sense, none exist except Human.
My favorite race is obviously Avians. Avians have a number of browny points with me. 1: They're religious. I enjoy playing pious characters and the idea of religion despite not being religious myself. 2: They're based asthetically and somewhat culturally off Meso-American cultures in pre-columbian times (Mayan and Aztec in particular). 3: They're fuggin bords. That said, I do like other races. I like the idea of the Hylotl (though not their execution on the server). I also like the Apex. I'd have to say my list is as follows: Avian, Hylotl, Apex, Human, Glitch, Floran. Novakid somewhere about in there. I doubt I'll play one as anything more than a gimmick character for a short time. (Let's face it. They're a gimmicky race.)
