Sup. I'm Kitsune (LIEK OH EM GEE NO WAI). I like to play support characters. Currently hooked on Florans, though I'm one of those types who has SUPER picky tastes and switches on a dime, so yeah... there's that. I prefer to play underpowered characters. Very strong intellect / Mental wise, but pathetically weak in melee. No combat abilities but a damn genius. Like a support character. I also like to make people laugh, whether it be from situational humor to just saying some of the most absolutely random shit ever, whatever puts a smile on your face puts a smile on mine. kthxbai
Da! Also, quick question since I can't yet post in normal threads... is Para-RP supported? Para-RP = Paragraph-length /me posts. I can easily do short posts, but I'm very used to that. Just curious! x3
Paragraph RP would be difficult. Not that it isn't welcome! But difficult. Especially on a planet with a lot of people on it, the text can get lost pretty quick. Oh, and welcome ^^
Well, I mean if there's 3 people on a planet, probably not too big a deal, but like New Chicago during its busy times with 20 or so people, probably not too welcome. I'd say it depends on the situation, yeah?
I don't agree that it is a waste of time and that people wouldn't read it. There were -many- Social servers back in Neverwinter Nights days that massive RP posts were welcomed, but since RP has refined itself, a few guides have been put in place. To be clear, short posts allow for 'turn-based' RP, meaning you or the other person has a wider array of actions they could take. Short posts keep people from doing lots of things in a short amount of time without the other person being able to react properly. You should also keep in mind that it is better to use your best judgement when posting. Don't try to control the other person's actions, or do something like "*punches too quick for you to block*". Yes, that is short, but you will soon begin to lose RP interest from others. P.S. Try not to post twice before allowing your partner to post, as well. - This can be annoying! - SS
i imagine that the people who would read it are "para rpers" themselves or very, very tolerant in other words, not many people in other words, like 1 or 2 people i just skim through that sort of thing - saying with four lines what could be said with four words is not impressive, it is inefficient
