I've got Lord Syntak sitting here, he's quite evil, especially when he's in combat mode. Could be very interesting, as he knows Astora ICly as an acquaintance. Problem is, he's also quite the "MY WAY OR THE HIGHWAY" character.
Considering how f***ed up John is morally, the diplomacy between this empire and his Knight's Order is going to be... interesting to say the least.
And the Order has a dreadnaught and is in good terms with the USDC, whom currently posses the largest fleet of ships in the universe... #getrekt indeed.
...did I mention the Ship-to-ship gun on the Dreadnaught is a laser that looks like a jousting spear? But this isn't the place to be waving around "I HAVE MORE THAN YOU". The evil glitch empire idea needs to be fleshed out more to get off the ground. Normally I'd help, but I've already got Taranis to take care of.
What I meant by "interesting" is that John just finds any faction calling itself "Evil" amusing since his own background is littered with corpses. Edit: Infact, I wouldn't be surprised if he wanted to make friends with the Glitch Empire.

I want to sign up Ragnor. He's a Floran warlord, I think he would fit very well with this faction. He needs a position of power though, otherwise he can't say "KNEEL BEFORE LORD RAGNOR!", and that's no fun.
Its a Glitch Empire not a Floran empire and any ways why you? Why not have there own kind rule. You could possibly be an ambassador for the Floran race or an adviser.

The RA is currently looking fir leader types to found settlements in the expanse <_< the RA also trades with the Empire and is on fairly good terms <_< So... If ya want to ICly start off in a relatively safe zone, with trade options and friendly relations with the Empire and other anti-United Systems groups... We could totally work thangs out.
Note the expanse is a cluster of stars that form a natural little border/territory. My goal is to get it populated with a variety of groups, good, evil, grey, etc. That politic and work together loosely. Much like the love hate thong between RA Empire nd TF
