Please be patient, Kaz (the owner) had set up reviewers, and they are probably dealing with a backlog, and an influx of applicants. We have had way too many eager applicants pop up and make new threads just to ask "Hey, when am I getting in?" Just wait it out, they'll get to you soon enough.
Ouch, a week? I apologize immensely, yeah, they've been dealing with a large backlog and sometimes a reminder is a good thing. Apps do, unfortunately, slip through the cracks sometimes.
There's dedicated staff on reviewing, though I'm not sure what the workload looks like. I would hope it's set to show oldest first.
I'm waiting like actually 4 days. Yeah that's not long but c'mon. 4 staff members? They could easly check apps few fast. Hawke replied first and he said I'm missing few things. Okay cool, i edited the main post. Okay cool, reviewing may take few days. Wait, not cool. I see people are waiting crazy amount of time I want start playing on this server, it looks so fun
These Moderators have been reviewing applications for months. We get burnt out. We opened up the Reviewer position to help remedy this, and are actually considering bringing on even more Reviewers. The problem is a matter of trust and quality - approving applications requires a smidge of administration access which can't just be given to anyone.
Uh, he's saying that mods have been reviewing applications a lot of time, not that it takes them months to do so. Mine and one of a friend got reviewed in a matter of minutes. Mostly depends on who's on and their workload, and of course, lady luck. Just a bit of patience and maybe asking when it begins to look weird (I would say a week or so). Hope to see you around soon.
