    Hm, I'm getting wrong password every time I login. I get wrong password.

    It's all correct for sure.
    Was I banned or something?

    This evening for about two hours now I have not been able to log in, I have entered my username and password correctly as I always do, I restarted my router as Dreganius suggested I should do but I still cannot get into the server, could I be temporarily banned for a reason unknown to me or is it a problem on my side?

    I Seem to be having trouble logging in. Whenever I try to log in, it gives me "Connection timeout" or "Join failed! No server response received", and when I manage to log on, I end up getting booted a few minutes later. Would it be my internet, or the server? Because I tried another server, and it worked.

    Hey, this is the first time ever I'm getting "Wrong Password" as the reason I can't login, and I'm sure I'm spelling everything correctly. There's only 2 reasons I can think of for this: 1) There's issues with my account. 2) I got banned... which is strange because I've never done anything constituting a ban.

    I too am having a problem connecting. Whenever I try to log in, it says, "Join failed! Error connecting to '[IP censored by me]:21025'. I've tried it many times, and I know I'm getting my credentials correct.

    Please make sure you're entering both your whitelist account name and password exactly as you submitted them when registering. If needed, I can get this info for you.

    The reason is the login fields are case sensitive, so it has to be an exact match.

    You also need to wait until the next reset for your whitelist to become active on the server.
