    First off, were you to click on this page, you probably either know or want to know who we are.

    We are a sub-unit within the 437th Indigenous Forces Battalion, nicknamed the Indigenous Guard. Our current task is to serve as the Coalition's eyes and ears, along with being a direct action unit. The Guard falls under the command of Council Commander Jacques Dupont, with Colonial Marine Staff Sergeant Joshua Scheffler leading its ground combat elements.

    NOTE: EVERY APPLICANT WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A FULL BACKGROUND CHECK VIA COUNCIL AND UNITED SYSTEMS DATABASES.

    Paygrades/Ranks:
    E-0 Private (Entry level. No pay until completion of training and/or proving of worth.)
    E-1 Private (1500 Px monthly.)
    E-2 Private First Class (1800 Px monthly.)
    E-3 Lance Corporal (2000 Px monthly.)
    E-4 Corporal (2200 Px monthly.
    E-5 Sergeant (2500 Px monthly.)
    E-6 Staff Sergeant (2700 Px monthly.)
    E-7 Gunnery Sergeant (3000 Px monthly.)
    E-8 Master Sergeant/First Sergeant (3500 Px monthly.)
    E-9 Master Gunnery Sergeant/Sergeant Major (4000 Px monthly.)

    W-1 Warrant Officer (3000 Px monthly.)
    W-2 Chief Warrant Officer Grade 2 (3500 Px monthly.)
    W-3 Chief Warrant Officer Grade 3 (3700 Px monthly.)
    W-4 Chief Warrant Officer Grade 4 (4000 Px monthly.)
    W-5 Chief Warrant Officer Grade 5 (4200 Px monthly.)

    O-1 Second Lieutenant (4000 Px monthly.)
    O-2 First Lieutenant (4200 Px monthly.)
    O-3 Captain (4500 Px monthly.)
    O-4 Major (4700 Px monthly.)
    [ALL OTHER OFFICER RANKS ARE NON-APPLICABLE, SEEING AS NOBODY WILL REACH THEM FEASIBLY.]

    MOS:

    MOS Ratings consist of a number designation (Ex. 0300) and a shorthand name (Ex. Basic Infantryman)

    0300 Basic Infantryman (Unlimited) - The basic MOS of every newbie. Until you complete training, you are this MOS.

    0311 Rifleman (Unlimited) - The building block of every good military. These are the tried and true grunts. Expected to be trained in intermediate marksmanship and problem solving skills. Each Rifleman will undergo mandatory Combat Lifesaver training.
    (Minimum Gr. 10 or equivalent education required, with Secondary School diploma recommended.)

    0351 Infantry Assaultman (2/3) - Soldiers specializing in assaulting fortified positions with launchers, breaching, and clearing structures with specialty weapons.
    (Minimum Gr. 10 or equivalent education required, with Secondary School diploma recommended.)

    0000 Corpsman/Medic (1/2) - The person entrusted with the life of their unit. They are expected to know intermediate to advanced field aid techniques and be able to function well under fire.
    (Minimum Secondary School diploma, certificate from the Council Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, minimum First Responder level required.)

    1371 Combat Engineer (2/3) - Equipped with liberal amounts of tools, explosives, and knowledge, this person is expected to be able to show extraordinary problem solving skills and mechanical knowledge.
    (Secondary School diploma, technical degree in any engineering field or minimum associate's degree in any engineering field.)

    7313 Tilt-rotor Aircraft Operator [FILLED] (1/1) - A pilot of the unit's on-station tilt-rotor transport. Also expected to double as a mechanic for their craft and expected to serve as a Rifleman where an aircraft is non-applicable.
    (Secondary School diploma, Atmospheric Craft Pilot's certification from the Council Administration of Atmospheric Flight, technical or associates degree minimum in ship mechanics.)

    0331 Machine Gunner/Heavy Weapons Infantryman (1/2) - The person entrusted with the various machine guns and mounted weapons of the unit. Expected to have the knowledge of a Rifleman, plus how to maintain and operate all of their weapons.
    (Minimum Gr. 10 or equivalent education required, with Secondary School diploma recommended.)

    0317 Marksman (1/2) - A pinpoint-accurate soldier armed with the various long ranged weapons of the unit. Expected to be as competent as a Rifleman in close quarters but ten times as accurate at long ranges.
