Well it's exactly like what the title says. What things did your characters believe in that could be deemed outlandish or crazy? Or what things do you think Antarans believe in like some sort of urban legend? Things said here could be taken into account for lore entries. Maybe. Maybe. Possibly. Anyways, I'll start. Smokestack believed in cola as a sort of miracle liquid. He also believed that he could ascend by building a ship great enough to reach the Aether.
Nah man. The shadow Avians are just ghost stories parents tell their kids to make 'em behave... Right?
Nice flightless that won't criticize my clothing. Gotta be a myth. There was that one incident of the legendary wrestler that shot honey at people from squeeze bottles. Guy's a legend.
They used to be stories told to frighten children. But now, the children are frightened anyway... ...Because they know dem tentyCultists are real. But the grown-ups ain't scared because if they can see it they can shoot it, which solves all problems.
So this one is a bit odd, and slightly based off of real Myth mainly for humans. Even in the future of time of Antares the mayan calendar had always been read wrong through out history and that if fore told the end of the earth by the tentacle beast, resulting in the end of the world. The Ancient gates are a door into another dimension upon where your soul will be eaten and your body is use to nourish the dark creatures of the night.
Jaycee believes that Upside can go without conflict in some way for a day. What a terrible thing to believe.
Myrr believes that her three stuffed fox cubs are still alive. Even though she's the one who pulled out their innards. #Flarns
They say somewhere in the ruins of Olympus, created by Triton and stolen from the United Systems, is a prototype weapon powerful enough to surpass all others...
Gotta say, there's always that threat of cosmic space giants and time bending space whales. Oh and probably some form of eldritch star creature that can raise the dead.
