    Randomly killing people isn't allowed, as it's often done OOC, and becomes a disturbance to IC events. So the items are discouraged, but you won't get banned unless you abuse them.

    I need it to assist another moderator on another server, to see how the universalDamage type is applied correctly.

    I appreciate your concern, however I don't intend on using this item as I'm barely on the server anyway.
