Hey there! So I'm new to this forum (As you can tell), and I decided to do a little greeting! So I'm pretty experienced with roleplaying, starting when I was 12 (I'm 16 as of now), meaning I will always be happy to start up just about anything! Most of the times it's been on forums or in some multiplayer games, though I've never tried anything on a building game like Starbound. I'm fairly new to it, starting at the beginning of this month, with no idea of what to do. (I literally got stuck on the quest to go to the 1st gate because I had no idea how to select it.) I'm starting to get a little more settled in with starbound, and I'd love any help or whatever you have to offer. Once i learn the lore and mechanics a bit more, I hope to gather the courage to submit a server application. Anyways, I find myself pretty cool and I hope you all do, too!
Hey, welcome! I started here at 16-ish, too! Some quick suggestions: GET SOME MODS. Particularly Kazyyk's beloved Quest Skip mod, and something like the ILikeCheating mod. They're super great time-savers. IG =/= IC. Just because you found it on a random planet or spawned it with a mod doesnt mean it's rightfully yours! Gun stats don't matter. Armor stats dont matter. Almost any game mechanic is generally ignored unless otherwise stated. For whenever you get in. Hope ya do, and I wish you luck! Feel free to give ol' Toad a call if you ever need anything.
