  Soooooo do we gotta talk to staff if we are thinking about opening a colony? I'm not sure if I ever will open but I'm working on an underwater colony called Hydris, I'm just wondering if I should ask staff before I put a ton of work into it.

    It's best to create a private message with staff if you're interested in creating a colony, yeah. You can always build something without creating a PM, but there's no way to receive a settlement forum until we approve it and even without a settlement forum, all colonies are subject to investigation if we hear complaints of questionable roleplay.

  Do you gotta ask if an event you're trying to plan is ok if it has to do with the server's lore? (As in, if it has to do with the tentacle beast and everything?) And even if you don't I still have some questions about it.

    Yeah, it's best to ask about that sort of stuff just to make sure it doesn't contradict any lore we've already written or plan on adding in the future. If you have any questions, feel free to make a convo with any of our staff members, including myself, and we'll invite the rest of staff so that they can give their own opinions about it.
