You have a say in what gets built, this auction is a tiered auction, if certain levels of funding are reached, the end result that is built will be larger. The highest bidder at that time will have their backgrounds checked, and will state what exactly they'd like to see in their home that our carpenter is going to be working with, a final copy of the blueprints will be furnished to the buyer, and the house will take approximately three to five days to be completed. The cost of the materials will be covered by the bidding price, plus fees to pay the carpenter and the restaurant.
