Should I even bother with building a home on a planet or leaving items on the server in chests with the patch not being out? Is the server expected to wipe to take on the new patch or how does that whole process work? Advice and answers would be splendid. Negativity and trolling would be embraced.
I thought they said shit wouldn't be wiped but I haven't been paying much attention to it anymore. Also why the fuck do you leave things in chests? It can be wiped inside the server accidentally or when the planet hasn't been visited enough in x time. Oh shit I remembered something just now. Planets are going to be wiped because the way sectors work was going to be changed. And ships too probably because it will be getting the AI thing and upgrading. But characters should be fine. So just get the shit you want in your inventory before the wipe/patch and you'll probably be fine. Also stop putting stuff in chests on planets because accidents like planet wipes and people stealing stuff happen. I still like your mohawk.
I don't normally put things in chest but was curious regardless. Thanks for the advice and thats probably the safest bet filly my invs. Forces me to finally clean out ship lockers and chests too. Already backed them up. 1) Between an open relationship with the girlfriend, bars, clubs and that I'm a whore on Tinder. I am swimming in it when I have the time between college and work 2) I have poked people hard enough to cause them to flinch but no stabbings yet. I did win $50 bucks one night at a house party though. A girl bet me I couldn't sweep her floor with my mohawk without it breaking. Buddy hoisted me upside down and proceeded to clean her whole kitchen floor with my head. Not a strand yielded.

This does not mean the thread should be repurposed or derailed. If necessary, a new thread should be created in the correct subforum for the new topic. This way, anyone looking for the thread can actually find it, and anyone reading through this thread won't suddenly find a discussion about a mohawk (which, I will take the time to say, is quite impressive) rather than the original topic.
