Alright, so, everyone know Caesar from fallout? Well, why don't we have that? It would have some gosh darn unity, and more improved lives over all. And have the capital "Encouraged" to be the place to be, so that we do actually have a permanent hub and not just some place that gets worn out after a month or two.
You're more or less asking the community to contribute to a faction that is central to the server. If you can find an IC reason for everyone to be all hug-boxy and decide to stop shooting each other over their personal interests, be my guest, but in all honesty, it's another ideal that doesn't quite work out as planned. Also I'm not too eager about the idea of doing something based off of another game/setting/story.
