    Hello, uh is this thing on? Anyway, I'm Maya I build stuff. But, I'm kinda unemployed and I'm not a fan of empty pockets. So, if you need stuff built, just let me know. Maya out.

    You gotta tell people what you specialize in, not just "Engineering stuff".

    Please specify your level of experience and proficiency, as well as your particular field of ability. "Stuff built" could be anything from ballpoint pens to quantum computer chips to particle accelerators to FTL drives. A good marketing strategy would be to post documentation of past projects you have participated in. Remember that engineers design, technicians build. Your post conflicts with that.
