Yes, that is correct. The phrase 'turn on a dime' is an old reference to how an object, person or action can turn completely around in a short amount of time or when confined to a small space. I apologize for my use of Earthly phrases. Sometimes I forget that the universe as Humans now see it is more diverse than they ever thought was possible. I don't think its much coal, nor is it per cookie, otherwise it would be a pretty good deal. Especially if you keep alot of sweets in the house like I do. I think it may also be a floran, as there was mention of rose cheeks.
