The Outcasts are a group of self-preserving anarchists and rebels against oppressive governments and vigilantes that murder under the guise of heroism. They are very bandit-like in appearance and aren't above taking what they need from the rich. They have access to (2000's) modern-day armaments such as conventional firearms and civilian armour, overall they're not advanced enough for plasma/laser weaponry or power-armour. They make their home on an abandoned oil-platform over a dried out ocean named Badwater. Badwater is meant to be a haven for outlaws, criminals, or otherwise outcasts, and tends to be extremely hostile toward the rich, well-equipped, or goodie-two-shoes. ... Still interested? Looking for more people that might want to get involved and help kickstart the group/colony. Here's a small chunk of Badwater. It's still very much under construction and the vast majority of this is still subject to change. It looks a lot better in-game, I promise.

Interesting. I like this idea. Would be interesting to encounter these "Outcasts" with some of our Wolves and make an introduction to them.
Softcore, you say? Will they be filming themselves in the shower and grinding against the walls in tight leather outfits? Otherwise, I'll be very dissapointed.
