How do I remove an Apex Turret?

    I was making a small building and decided to put some turrets down. I chose to place down turrets of the Apex variant but as soon as I placed it began to attack me and I cant remove it. Does anyone have any idea of how to remove this object?

    Try to drill/fish them. If it doesn't work, try to remove a block under it.

    Tried drilling, turns out Apex turrets defy the laws of physics...

    Dont worry anymore, turns out the turret wasn't in its original place (not sure how that works) and once it returned there I could destroy it

    As for "fish", Keycross meant using the Super Fishaxe from Sen's ILikeCheating mod.

    The apex turrets are bugged, is you place them facing to one direction the sprite goes off into the sunset. It is still where you placed it originally though.
