    Big-Mech realizes that he cannot make a bounty on Liberty Mills bounty-place-thing because Big-Mech has never actually been to there before. Big-Mech will say same thing he say before, the guy that the bounty is on is called Mr.Sandman, he need die! Badly! He has red hood and evil red optics and red robes, it apparently hurts for him to talk. Big-Mech will happily pay 100k pixels for Mr.Sandman to cease existing! Big-Mech also pay a extra 20K if he is brought to Big-Mech alive. Please note there is time limit for this bounty, why a time limit? BECAUSE I CANT PAY IT IF HE KILLS ME! That is all... Thank you.

    Looks more like a program designed to pull up relevant information on key words or phrases that match things found on alternate sources to me.

    In other words: it only speaks with what it can find on the Starnet that matches something in a message. It works like a charm if you state a name so it can pull up any relevant information and relay key details to confirm you and the system are talking about the same guy, but it's a complete piece of damned-to-hell garbage if you just say things irrelevant to its purpose.

    Heh. If it was me trying to start up a Bounty Board site, I would have run the thing myself directly instead of leaving the job to such an unstable program. Seeing as that's not the case, I'm going to bet the person behind the program really doesn't want their involvement to be public knowledge.

    Just my thoughts from the shadows of anonymity.

    I agree with WildSpark to a degree. that whoever or whatever this is can only communicate by using our messages. Maybe a damage program or an A.I perhaps. Could be in need of some assistance.

    Or maybe someone with an insidious agenda. I might be overthinking this.....

    Either way. it's intriguing

    Is there anyone on here that can trace its location? clearly this thing needs our help. I guess I can try my hand in it and compose a simple tracking software. However I'm not that good with that type of code.

    Now I'm pretty convinced the only reason this thing was titled "Highly Illegal Bounties" was because it looked up what the most active threads are and meshed the key words together to ensure it got the most attention. Which, it seems, it did. So this is essentially a convoluted S.O.S. by a damaged AI that may or may not be threatened right now.

    With that, I have lost all interest. Especially now that the first couple of posts have been turned into binary that literally means nothing assuming it's not in some super secret additional code. Here, lemmie show you those results for ya.
