So during my time RPing I have seen a good bit of people who play as pirates or dread pirates, But I've never seen an actual pirate crew or one that did anything.So I want to create an actual pirate crew with an objective of Plundering,raiding,finding treasure,being scallywags,etc.Please post in the comments if you have any question,comments and concerns or if you wish to join. Barrett might sign up, I did originally have some crew but my mates all got bored and stopped playing so Barrett was left on his own. ICly I still play him as if he has his crew, but since only one of them has contacted me about playing Starbound again recently, I think I'll go with this instead. My one condition is that the ship needs to be, visually, a really kick-ass ship that's obvious as a pirating vessel.
I have not made the ship yet I was thinking that maybe the members could brainstorm and I would make with the help of others.
I think if everyone who said they might sign up confirmed we could start some time today or tomorrow in planning and working out the kinks.
I would sign up. I have a privateer-like character named Groundflyer that is in the slightly non-existent Astral Navy.
I have my own crew of three, we occasionally terrorize the un-expecting distress signals in the universe.

I have enough people should I make a new thread or a sub forum I am not really sure what to do so tips and advice is welcome.
If your pirate faction starts to take off and starts to get big enough, I'd be totally fine with giving you space for a 'guild' or some kind of headquarters in the colony I'm currently setting up. Of course the application would need to be done IC, but the offer is there.
