What'cha on this, chucklefish is completely new at developing, pretty damn natural they'll make some mistakes and tripping here and there, but their listening, try and keeping us informed, I'd say their pretty damn decent compared to many other dev groups.

Concurred. And we're also playing it in alpha/beta stages. It's outright stated that there will be wipes, bugs, potentially-problematic updates, instability... All the things I see people constantly complaining about. Which I don't understand; the fact that this game is in its pre-release stages was pretty clear when I got it. If you're that upset about these things, wait until the full release. It's a beta for a reason.
They have actually have replied to every e-mail i've ever sent them within a day or two. Helped me with bugs, crashes and so on. I really don't understand these pirates, "stealing" the game and then complain about customer service..? It's quite simple, you buy it - get the support. You don't - don't expect anything cause you're a cheap douche. They can't keep some deadlines - so what.
That's true, dev's are doing a really good job of it. It's kept me occupied loe these many months. But "near daily" updates is a tad ambitious. If they don't want people going after them for missing their deadlines, they should be more realistic with it. Bi-weekly with weekly updates is a pleasant surprise. You promise me near daily and give me an update every 2 weeks of course ima be pissed. Stop using games with steep learning curves as metaphors for punishment silly moderator-sans, just tell them you'll ban them so they get the message ~
Christ. I'd actually hate for them to do daily updates. They better not be throwing cheetos at the Koala with every patch to vary his level of anger.
