I believe the title of the thread says it all. It's basically a crossover between fantasy elements and Sci-fi elements. Any fantasy elements that can be feasibly justified by technology or Starbound's premise will be found here, such as "Manadrive" technology to provide elemental manipulation, or special stones or plants with enough neurons to store memories and such. Anyone who wants more details, please post here, and I will address things as they come up.
Nope, copied my novel, getting my five best lawyers on this. Naw, just kidding. I like the idea, but we're already so pure sci-fi.
Why not make a Glitch Crusader who sees all science as dark magic, and his own science (what you listed) as white magic?
Too many people are grounded in reality for this to become a thing. No but seriously, it's not a bad idea, it's just too controversial.
You wot m8? I'll feckin' check you, mate. I see you, 'avin' a lil' giggle over there. Now, wut would you say, if I'd cut out yer eyes, and keep 'em in me pocket, to watch me change? Yer not gonna like it, itsa lotta change.
So if we say no this... Does that mean we get no sparkling space dragons? *facedesks* I was being sarcastic.
Just stop with this nonsense already, worst of all your actually a good rp'er and good with describing details into your emotes. Something which is one of the reasons you manage to pull people into that "Dark magic academy" of yours. That aside it is a real shame that you are infecting others with this crossgenre nonsense. If you really like it that much, please just go back to either a forum for roleplaying or perhaps a game that is more suited to that idea. Just stick to the universe of Starbound if you will, Ill ignore anything whatsoever whats gonna look like people using magic. Im really not interested to be attacked by shadows of the deep or other magical mumbo jumbo. And if you really want that medieval (fantasy-ish) thing into your roleplay, roll a glitch of all things. -End of rant.-
