Today, mayor of Upside, Argus Hemstreet, was shot dead by an Apex named Davel. Don't have a lot to say about the man-- barely knew him myself. But he genuinely cared about Upside, perhaps more than most anyone. I think we ought mourn him, and use this as a chance to see the harm that armed civilians can do.
