Statements like that is the reason why you we keep seeing post like this from other staff members:

And no one is reporting. I personally would rather see [Sorry] then nothing at all.

Hey, people use the report button. It's kind of awesome, actually.

I say that about OOC because saying "Sorry" after someone says "Stop OOC" simply causes more clutter; that was kinda the point. If someone feels the need to say sorry, they might want to /w to the person who asked them to stop, but otherwise it's unnecessary and some players actually say it is obnoxious when people say sorry in OOC chat.

The report system has seen a lot of use lately, and I feel like we've gotten a lot done with it.

For the whole music schbam I usually keep my IC songs to relaxing or soothing ones, not like, high-paced adrenaline grabbers. I also used the nicer instruments like harp / piano, etc because they usually didnt have songs with jarring notes on them that could hurt someones' ears OOCly.

That being said I rarely had anyone complain about my music playing, but this was also several months ago.

Idk if my inputs' valuable, I just rebuild my home every time there's a wipe.

Nah, that's about how music SHOULD be played IC, it should be enjoyable for you and everyone around you. If the music being played is bothering everyone OOC then you might want to tone it down and just emote that you are playing rather than actually playing an ABC file.
