    Pathfinder is great! It's a more balanced D&D 3.5. The books are also available in a neat little app on android for free. Masterworks tool I think it's called.

    I am somewhat familiar with Pathfinder (though not enough to DM it), thus why I said ooooh. Pathfinder campaigns are generally fun.

    Yup. Though this is your guys's thing. If things happened to switch to Pathfinder, I'll offer my DM services however the hell it's done online. Though I prefer to do my homebrew.

    I don't want to override what you wanted to do. I can DM 3.5e, but I've mostly done Pathfinder. And hell, my DM experience is very free-formed off of my homebrew. But the thing is that Pathfinder and 3.5e are close enough that there's little I have to convert.

    We're playing pathfinder and I think we have around 8 players. I'm down for inviting you but it'd probably be overwhelming for the DM.

    thing is, I dont know what path finder is, etc, I just have a d&d starter set book stuff, and I read most of it, so I really am completely new to D&D, so if I join, I would have to be taught a few things 'bout D&D..

    Eh, I'd stick to the standard pathfinder stuff, i think you /can/ use alternate classes but you'll have to ask Smokestack / have him check it and approve or dissaprove of it first.
