yeah i get you man the server is too fast but.. idk, back when i rp'ed in an mmo, there used to be events that'd last for about two-three weeks in real time because of things like what i suggested, actually following the bread crumb trail and learning about the killer and their string of killings or isolated incident of killing. it just... isn't fun not seeing it. tbh people should try to get people together for it, but i know it's not realistic with this server of FILTHY CASULS, but a man can meme.
That's what I am saying. It would be handled best as an event. With custom signs these days, you can stage a pretty cool crime scene. Not like I have experience or anything with that.

Agreed. I've been on both sides of this situation. Both detective and thief. Unfortunately, neither of my victims had any interest in picking up the clues I left behind and trying to track me down. It was a card with a picture on it and equipment could have been recovered and traced back through the vendor. But nah, they just killed off the entire space station I robbed. =w=

What's up you massive evergreens? Alright, so, here's the plan. Idea: I was talking with Durge, BS'ing, and we actually had a really neat idea. IC Theatrics. Examples being: Glitch acting out Romeo and Juliet on a showstage Hylotl acting out The Last Samurai Rocky Horror Picture Show, The Phantom of the Opera, etcetera. I think it'd add an element of realism and also just something other than sitting in a baRP. "Durge the big smelly bully: a hylotl-floran tarzan Durge the big smelly bully: floran is tarzan Durge the big smelly bully: rest are hylotl" Ideas? Thoughts? Opinions?
I think acting could really add an extra element to roleplay. I don't know much of what's happening right now on the server, but I can easily say people would probably like it. "O Romeo, Romeo! Wherefore art thou Romeo? Deny thy father and refuse thy name." "Confused. Oh Romie-0, Romie-0! Wherefore art thou Romie-0? Demanding. Deny thy builder and refuse thy label." Just change some things up a bit from the original works best you can, would put on a good show of humor. The Glitch may have trouble producing emotion, but I'm positive it'd work for a good while. A good place to annotate texts is Sparknotes, it shows both how a play was originally written and then how it would be best translated into modern day text. I trust it, helped me heavily in rewriting Romeo and Juliet for my final in English.
