[5/11/2015] Rules Update

    In this rules update, the following rule has been added to Starbound:
    • Don't use spaces or quotation marks in your character names

    The initial posting of this thread clarified that spaces and quotations interfere with Starbound's moderator commands.

    Well crap. Now to decide whether I should just leave it at "Maz" which seems to short, or go back to "Mazekial" and get mistakenly called "Maze" all the time. Decisions, decisions...

    But alas, God's gift was rejected by many. Some chose to pay homage to the false god Starcheat, and add a pronounciation to the beginning of their description, for they did not want to appear as robots.

    If anyone's wondering, pretty sure this is because you can't /w people with spaces or quotation marks in the name.
