        All of the gates were removed, except one, for lore purposes. So the Outpost exists, it only has one access point. We'll likely be doing something with it at some point.

        Definitely a confusing system, but it seems that time influences how easy it is for you to raise in these levels. It's probably a good thing they don't really amount to much around Antares.
